On this Friday the 13th, I transformed from a proud Finnish dual citizen to a proud Finnish voting dual citizen! The presidential election is going on, and happily they had a voting station here in Georgia for those of us who can’t make it over to Finland to vote.
The only thing that could have made the whole experience better would have been a “I’m a Finnish Voter” sticker. Alas, maybe next time.
So far, starting at 8 AM, I’ve heard:
