Gather round boys and girls.

This is the unfortunate result of running around one’s apartment wearing tights but no shoes. Yes, when you literally run from one room to the other, you will pitch forward, actually be airborne for a moment, and then land completely on one knee, while seriously twisting your lower back. 

You will then walk around and attempt to sit as if you were roughly 87 years old for the next few days.

So kids, learn from me, and don’t let this happen to you. Wear some shoes. Don’t run. Go on and sit back down on the couch. Don a pair of those sticky bottomed socks. Just don’t let this happen to you as well.
