Happy 2012 everyone!
With the dawning of this year, I am resurrecting the 365 photo project. I’ve had a three year hiatus since finishing up my last one, so I feel like I’m up to the photographic challenge. I’ll be posting my daily pictures here (well perhaps not daily, but I’ll try my darnedest) and I’m excited to see how this year goes. I hope you enjoy it as well!

Ah New Year’s Day. So much promise and happily so much sun on this day. Waking up at a friend’s lake house and immediately heading out to the dock to read for an hour or so was undeniably the best way to start off 2012. Add to that an enormous brunch and the company of some of the greatest people around, and I really couldn’t have asked for a better day.
